Is delivery free?
Shipping is currently free on all orders for a limited time.
How long does the delivery take?
Due to the currently very high demand + the Corona Pandemic, our delivery times are 1 to max. 4 working days.

How do I know my payment is secure?
When you shop online with your credit box, all your details are entered into a secure SSL web page. Your details are then encrypted via SSL and sent directly to our payment processor's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers in any way.
What payment methods are available?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments as well as Klarna. However, we do not accept checks, money orders or wire transfers.

How do I return an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us at info@gymsis.com within 14 days of receipt of your order
Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation.
The returned items may only be sent back in new condition and in the original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/broken plastic wrap etc. will not be accepted. If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to provide a refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products and damaged products resulting from customer mishandling.
What if the items received are faulty/faulty/damaged?
Did you receive a defective or wrong product? Just not satisfied with your order?
Please contact our customer support team (contact us page) to start the return process.
Please provide the following information:
Order number
proof of purchase
Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to receive a refund or replacement.
How long does the return procedure take?
Returns can take up to 14 business days to process from the day we receive your returned item. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.
When will I get my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank if you have any questions about when your account will be credited.
If you have not yet received a credit for your return, please do the following:
Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to post to your account.
How do I change or cancel my order?
For cancellation requests please contact our support info@gymsis.com and be sure to include your order number and the change you would like to make and we will confirm once the change has been made. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
