Items that are in perfect condition and returned within 30 days will be eligible for a refund or replacement item.

Items that are damaged or uninvoiced may be refused a refund or replacement.

As soon as we have received your return, we will inform you by e-mail. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account, credit card, or original form of payment within a specified number of days.


Late or no refund

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Substitute

If the item you received is defective or damaged, you can get a replacement item. To do this, send us an email with all the information about the order (first name, last name, address, email with which the order was placed) to info@gymsis.com and send the item to: MAYAL rmo c/o K88681 , Kreuzbachweg.10, 50169 Kerpen, Germany.

If you return the item, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the replacement item to reach you.

If you are shipping an item over €50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
